Senior Sales Associate - Rochester, NY
Overview:
Sell data management services to other businesses in the Rochester area. Work will involve creating and maintaining relationships with local small to medium sized businesses interested in a comprehensive data management solution.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
· Reaching sales goals as set by management;
· Develop customer base necessary to meet all sales forecasts and budgets;
· Maintain high level of product and vendor knowledge;
· Travel to business interested or currently using Blue Shift Technologies services;
· Perform sales presentations on an as needed basis;
· Attend trade shows or training events as required;
· Prospecting for new business, preparing/presenting proposals and maintaining existing relationships;
· Serves as point of contact for business customers issues;
· Weekly reporting and updates of sales;
· Work with little to no supervision to meet sales quotas.
Work experience requirements:
· Three or more years experience in B2B service related sales;
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite;
· Technical knowledge pertaining to digital imaging and data processing desired;
· Previous off site sales experience preferred.
